Over the last year since we purchased our home from you. We have had few dealings with Iris completing warranty work on the home. Recently last week he completed work that was scheduled. We are completely happy with his finish. He takes pride in the job he does, and tried his best to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely customer service focused. Major of us now a days work in a work force where its extremely hard to find dedicated employees that put in quality of work with customer service.

From design to finish, both Kathy and I are very pleased with the outcome and finish of our new home. Andrea was great to work with from the initial stages of concept and design to creating a well layed out home. All the trades involved from excavation, electrical, plumbing, placement crew and finishing of exterior and interior were exemplary! Scott, Tom, Darla, Anthony, Josh and of course Iris were great to work with and all had caring atitudes. Robi was great at keeping everyone in sync and the project moving forward. Great service right from the start. LCM gave us a delivery date and the house actually arrived a day early! Very impressed with how accurate the timing was. As for the home itself, we couldn't have asked for anything better! Well built and very reasonably priced. We couldn't have bought anything in our area for the same kind of money we spent on this home. The installer who finished the home was awesome and went above and beyond for us. The pricing was well discussed and came in on the budget that we had from the beginning. The Quality control team has been back to attend to issues that are able to be dealt with on site and have placed photos and requests in for items that were not superficial and could not be dealt with on site.
