Our Process : Lake Country Modular

Our Process Consult, Design, Build & Deliver

Step 1
Initial Meeting

At our first meeting we will get an understanding of what you are looking for in a home and review all the options LCM Homes has to offer. LCM Homes prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, and their team of experts is always available to answer questions, provide advice, and assist with any concerns that may arise during process.

We offer one of the largest number of show home collections in Western Canada, where you can explore multiple show homes. Our homes cater to a variety of needs, whether you're searching for a cozy open concept floorplan or a spacious family home.

Step 2
Consult & Design

LCM Homes offers a variety of existing plans for customers to choose from, which can be customized with options such as layout, colour schemes and design features. We will sit with you personally and design your ideal home.

Step 3
Building Your Home

After finalizing your house designs, they are sent to our local manufacturer to commence the building process. By choosing a modular/manufactured home, you'll benefit from a precisely climate-controlled building process from start to finish. It's a wise choice indeed! Additionally, all our homes are built right in our backyard!

Step 4
Delivery Day

When your home is constructed and your site is ready, delivery day arrives! No need to fret, we will handle all the coordination for you.

Delivery Process
For modular/manufactured home buyers, understanding the steps to take after purchasing your home can be daunting since you're a home buyer, not a home builder. But don't worry, we're here to help!

Step 1 - Meet the Delivery Team
Our team will support you in keeping the process on track and ensuring timely delivery. They will coordinate the necessary drawings you will require for permits, answer any queries you may have regarding banking, lawyers, and work in tandem with all involved.

Step 2 - Your Home Delivery Onsite Meeting
Our team will conduct a site inspection on your behalf, reviewing everything that LCM Homes will handle and your responsibilities in completing a safe and solid foundation system to guarantee your home's secure delivery. We'll provide you with a checklist and follow up to ensure that you haven't encountered any issues along the way.

Step 3 - Construction Team Meeting
Our professional construction team will coordinate with you on foundation installations, modular home setups, and full turnkey setups. Our Construction Team is an exceptional resource to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Step 4 - Customer Care Follow Up
After your home is delivered, LCM Homes Customer Care Team takes over to handle your Post-Delivery Inspection, Warranty Activation, and timely resolution of any potential deficiencies. We want to make sure you are completely pleased with your new home.

Why Buy Modular?

Wide Selection and Options

Modern modular homes are not the same as those of yesteryear. Today's modular homes can be places on a walk-out basement, can have floorplans rearranged, and can be built to over 2,000 square feet!

Faster Builds in a Controlled Environment

Modular homes are built in a factory, so weather delays aren't a factor and we don't have to wait for on-site inspections to be completed. This means that you get your dream home faster!

Consistent Quality

Our homes are tested in the factory to ensure code compliance. We are so confident in the quality of our SRI homes that we offer a Ten Year Structural Warranty.

Lower Costs

Because your modular home will be built in a factory, you are able to save money. Weather delays and construction issues cost time, and time costs money. Modular homes are less expensive to build than the exact same home built the old-fashioned way.
