Over the last year since we purchased our home from you. We have had few dealings with Iris completing warranty work on the home. Recently last week he completed work that was scheduled. We are completely happy with his finish. He takes pride in the job he does, and tried his best to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely customer service focused. Major of us now a days work in a work force where its extremely hard to find dedicated employees that put in quality of work with customer service.
I want to thank you for all your assistance from the beginning to the end. I also thank you for dealing with the minor tweaks so promptly. It was great seeing Iris again. He is an absolute gem. You are both a great asset to LCM.
From design to finish, both Kathy and I are very pleased with the outcome and finish of our new home. Andrea was great to work with from the initial stages of concept and design to creating a well layed out home. All the trades involved from excavation, electrical, plumbing, placement crew and finishing of exterior and interior were exemplary! Scott, Tom, Darla, Anthony, Josh and of course Iris were great to work with and all had caring atitudes. Robi was great at keeping everyone in sync and the project moving forward. Pretty much seamless though out the whole experience. Thank you all, a job well done!
Great service right from the start. LCM gave us a delivery date and the house actually arrived a day early! Very impressed with how accurate the timing was. As for the home itself, we couldn't have asked for anything better! Well built and very reasonably priced. We couldn't have bought anything in our area for the same kind of money we spent on this home. The installer who finished the home was awesome and went above and beyond for us. Thanks again to the team at LCM for the great service!
From the moment we started planning to the moment we took possession, the team at LCM was great to work with & did everything they could to accommodate our wishes. The home was delivered on time & we took possession the day we had scheduled. We have been very happy with our new home and have been pleased with the follow-up regarding the few deficiencies that needed to be looked after. We had a great experience from start to finish. The design team was easy to talk to and incorporated all of our changes. The pricing was well discussed and came in on the budget that we had from the beginning. The Quality control team has been back to attend to issues that are able to be dealt with on site and have placed photos and requests in for items that were not superficial and could not be dealt with on site.
